ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 316(2) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same was closed. Hence, no further order is required in this petition.
