The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.11.2023. 2.The petitioner has given a complaint against the private respondents to the respondents on 30.11.2023. Since no action has been taken against them till now, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint was forwarded by the Superintendent of Police, Tirunelveli, to the (*)Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nanguneri, for necessary action, on the basis of the jurisdiction and now it is pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Circle, Tirunelveli District.

4.Let the enquiry in the above said complaint be completed by the competent authority, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
