The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to review and remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained by the 3rd respondent in H.S.No.718 of 2012 by considering the representation dated 08.12.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 08.12.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking direction to consider the same by the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December 2023. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional 2/4
