ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.11.2023 in accordance with law.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no enquiry or complaint is pending against the petitioner on the file of the third respondent herein.

3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become unnecessary and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
