O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The order dated 31.10.2023, passed in W.P.(MD) No.17674 of 2014 is sought to be reviewed in the present review petition.

2. The learned counsel for the review petitioner, Mr. I. Sam Jegan, would submit that the subject property is a private land and therefore, G.O.Ms.No.64, issued by the Government should have no implication.

3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to establish the status of the property by producing documents and evidences including the Civil Court Judgment and Decree passed with reference to the subject property. 2/5

4. This Court has directed the official respondents to initiate appropriate actions in the manner known to law. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit all the relevant documents to establish his title / ownership e.t.c.

5. With these clarifications, the review petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
