ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the copy of the report, based on the enquiry conducted and it is seen that the petitioner and the fourth respondent were directed to workout their remedy before the competent Court.

3.In view of the above, the police do not intend to interfere with the civil dispute and the enquiry has been completed and the petitioner 2/4

and the fourth respondent will workout their remedy before the competent Court.
