ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint dated 28.11.2023 lodged before the 1st respondent herein within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it is revealed that it is a dispute between the parties over money transaction. They were advised to work out remedy through civil proceedings and the complaint was closed. Even after, repeated complaints of similar nature have been given by the petitioner.

3. Evenafter closure of a complaint with a direction to approach the civil Court, it is not proper on the part of the petitioner to file another complaint on similar nature, which is not entertainable. In find no reason to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 21.12.2023 NCC :
