************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the unauthorized construction made by the seventh 2/5

respondent in S.F.No.708/32 and 34 situated at Kaman Kovil Street, Tharagampatti Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District. 2.Learned Counsel for the seventh respondent would fairly submit that on receipt of the stop work notice from the official respondents, no further construction is being carried out in the aforesaid property and they have applied for plan approval before the authorities concerned. He further undertakes that till approval is granted, the seventh respondent will not proceed with the construction work.

3.Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for the seventh respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
