ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner claims to be the adoptive daughter of the deceased Jakkammal. Jakkammal had a sister by name Valli and the petitioner was her biological daughter. Valli passed away when the petitioner was young child and that is how Jakkammal came to have adopted the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner relies on the entry in the family ration card. But then, these aspects cannot be gone into by the first respondent. It is only the jurisdictional civil Court that can grant relief sought for.

4.Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court for getting declaration that she was adopted by Jakkammal as 2/4
