ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the cases in M.C.O.P.No.97 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Udumalpet to the learned Additional District Court, Palani. 2.Even though in the prayer portion, it was stated that the matter may be transferred from the file of the Additional District Court, Udumalapet to the file of Additional District Court, Palani, now the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that instead of the above said request, now he seeks transfer of M.C.O.P.No.170 of 2018 from the file of the Additional District Court, Palani to the file of the Additional 2/4

District Court, Udumalapet. The respondent has no objection for the same.

3.Considering the submissions on either side, the M.C.O.P.No.170 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Palani, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Additional District Court, Udumalapet, to try along with M.C.O.P.No.97 of 2022. 4.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
