ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate in respect of Will Document No.BKIII38/2012 dated 27.08.2012 to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2023 in a time bound manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 11.12.2023 before the respondent for missing of his Document No.BKIII38/2012 dated 27.08.2012 registered at the office of the Sub Registrar Office, Aranthangi, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent a representation to the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2023 is pending.

5. Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. 21.12.2023 NCC :
