ORDER

This Petition is filed to punish the Contemnors for her wanton and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 7191 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025, by which, this Court had directed the 1/3

respondent to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the accused in a private complaint.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the warrant has been executed against some of the accused and since one of the accused was bedridden, the warrant could not be executed.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it cannot be said that the respondent disobeyed the order passed by this Court. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. 11.11.2025 LS / DK TO
