ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the 1st respondent to give a direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner at the instigation of the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2025

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
