PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.480 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections Sections 294(b), 324, 307, 1/3

506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.480 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on 07.11.2023 and 27.11.2023, considering the grievous injury sustained by the injured. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner was not in the scene of crime. 3.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court finds that there is no change in circumstances, he is not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court.
