ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take action against the respondents 5 to 7, who are compelling the petitioner to vacate the property.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.The relief sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. The main grievance seems to be that the respondent police are interfering in the civil dispute. If that is the grievance, it is made clear that the respondents police will not interfere in the civil dispute and the parties will agitate their rights before the appropriate forum. This clarity will take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioner.
