This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in connection with Crime No.230/2023 on the file of third respondent and entrust the same to the fourth respondent or any other competent authority for proper investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the same was closed as mistake of fact.
