Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent police to initiate appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025 by disposing it according to law, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he may seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
