Mrs.Banumathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the criminal revision petition as against the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in Crl.MP.No.1637 of 2025 in C.A.No. 15 of 2025.

3. Being satisfying with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 5 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.
