PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to cancel the sub division made with regard to the property in Sy.No.805/1 of Mecode village admeasuring 38 cents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2025 and the subsequent representation dated 29.09.2025 within a time frame that may be fixed by this court.

ORDER

The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 29.09.2025 in respect of alleged FMB errors. The present writ petition relates thereto. 2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the first respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

3.In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, it is not necessary to issue notice to the 3rd respondent in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 19.09.2025 and 29.09.2025 after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. A speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 16.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
