ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate appointment by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2023, which is recommended and forwarded to the 3rd respondent by the 4th respondent by his letter dated 20.09.2023 in Na.Ka.en.821/A1/2023 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner's husband, namely B.Alagarsamy worked as Secondary Grade Teacher in Thuiyanur Ooratchi Ondriya Elemenraty school Narikudi Union, Virudhunagar District. While in service, he died on 14.07.2023. On 14.09.2023, the petitioner made an application seeking appointment on compassionate ground. The 4th respondent recommended and forwarded her application to the 3rd respondent for compassionate appointment vide letter, 2/5
dated 20.09.2023. Thereafter, there is no action on the part of the respondents. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already forwarded the said application for appropriate action to Chief Educational Officer, Virudhunagar and the same is pending for disposal before him. The Chief Educational Officer, Virudhunagar District is suo motu impleaded by this Court as 5th respondent.
4. The 5th respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders in the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.09.2023 and pass appointment order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
