ORDER

This Court pointed out that the points raised by the petitioner are factual in nature. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel would submit that the petitioner is a Teacher and because of her job, she is unable to appear before the trial Court in all hearings.

2.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with on all hearing dates, except when her presence is required by the trial Court for the progress of the trial. 3.It is also seen that the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2019. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, is directed to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
