This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 27.09.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.23/MELUR CIRCLE/2025 passed by the third respondent, quashing the same as illegal, and consequently directing the third respondent to grant permission to conduct demonstration on 12.10.2025 or on any other date, between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., near Sundari Tower, Melur Bus Stand,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the impugned order was passed, another order was passed granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the protest, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Page No. 2 of 4

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
