ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to remove the blacklist and to issue RC Book in Petitioner name by effecting transfer of ownership of Hyundai Alcazar 1.5 AT Signature car Vehicle bearing registration number TN 45 CY 1000 in light of the Petitioner Representation dated 22.09.2025.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner was already rejected by the respondent vide order dated 29.01.2026. Hence, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. He had also produced a copy of the said order before this Court and prays for dismissal of this petition. 2/4

3. By recording the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. The liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the 1st respondent.
