This petition is filed to direct the respondents police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the CBCID, Virudhunagar, and also to take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

effective steps to prevent further false complaint of the 4th respondent against the petitioners.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after conducting the investigation in Crime No.117 of 2013, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Srivilliputhur, has closed the case as 'Mistake of Fact', on 31.08.2013.
