2.The prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted. The petitioner wants cancellation of the petition mentioned document. The party to the said document has not been impleaded as respondent. In view of striking down of Section 77-A of the Registration Act, the petitioner has to necessarily go before the jurisdictional Civil Court. 3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of.
