ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to comply the order of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Crl.M.P.No.96 of 2018 dated on 08.01.2018 and register FIR in petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2017 otherwise the petitioner would be seriously prejudiced.

2. The second respondent would submit that the new officer has taken over the charge recently and since he has to trace out the file.

3. Let the second respondent ascertain the steps taken in compliance of the order of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi and and complete the enquiry process or the investigation process as the case may be as directed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
