ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to accept the tender documents in respect of package No.TRY 77 without insisting work site inspection certificate and machinery working certificate and consequently consider the certificate dated 30.09.2025, 03.10.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent in respect of package No.TRY 74 and 75 in tender notice 31/2025-2026/HDO dated 02.09.2025 and process the tender documents submitted by the petitioner and award the tenders.

2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that the request of the petitioner seeking for Work Site Inspection Certificate and Machinery Working Certificate, has been rejected.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting the said liberty. No costs.
