C-60.To relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.OP(MD)No.15103/2025 dated 19.09.2025 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.15103 /2025 dated 19.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 23 days. Further, the investigation is pending and there are two previous cases against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 23 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

in Crl.OP.(MD).No.15103/2025 dated 19.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.15103/2025 dated 19.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.''
