This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to process the petitioner's Exit option from the National Pension System (NPS) and allow the petitioner to withdraw the amount from his NPS Account on basis of his representations dated 19.06.2024 and 23.02.2025, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made representations on 19.06.2024 and 23.02.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.06.2024 and 23.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
