2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in his name. He also wants kist for the petition mentioned land to be collected from him and in his name. He has already given representation in this regard before the third respondent.

3.The third respondent is directed to pass order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
