Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHARATHI S, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.14913 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18804 of 2022, dated 05.12.2022. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that injured is discharged from the hospital. So, he has no objection to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners.

4.
