PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated, 14.12.2023 for extension of time to submit the No Objection Certificate from the land lord as per order of the respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A5/1892/2023 dated 13.12.2023 and the same was issued to the petitioner on 14.12.2023 and pass such further or other orders.

Seeking extension of time to submit No Objection Certificate from the landlord, as per order of the respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A5/1892/2023 dated 13.12.2023, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2023. 2.Today(21.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
