ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 477-A IPC in Crime No.23 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein, who is working in billing Section in "Viad Logistics", in-charge of godown, prepared a bill for 5628 cement bags for a sum of Rs.23,93,720/-, but, later the same was found missing . Hence, the complaint.

3. The leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case and seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned Additional Public prosecutor would submit that the petitioner herein is only in-charge of the "Viad Logistics" run by the defacto complainant and he only prepared the bills bill for 5628 cement bags for a sum of Rs.23,93,720/-, but, later, the same was found missing and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner herein only prepared bills for the 5628 cements bags for a sum of Rs.23,93,720/-, but, the same was found missing. Under theses circumstances, I do not find any merit for entertaining this petition and further, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary with regard to bogus bills, which was prepared by him.
