Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025 and to take action on the basis of the representation.

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025 and to take action on the basis of the representation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents, it is open to him to seek 2/4

appropriate remedy in the manner known law. There shall be no order as to costs.
