ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct Respondents No.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Mohana, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil transaction between the parties, the complaint was closed, by advising them to work out remedy through civil process.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
