ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble C.v.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed by a mother complaining that her 30 years old daughter, who is married and has three children, was missing on and from 12.09.2025. This petition has been filed on the instigation of the husband of the daughter of the petitioner.

2. The daughter has been secured today. She complained ill-treatment from the hands of the husband, which made her to take a extreme decision.

3. The detenue is not under the illegal confinement and looking out for avenues for employment to take care of her children. The mother is also present. The daughter has been handed over to her custody. However, the daughter stated that she would go to other places seeking employment. Since she is a major and in a position to take decision, we would respect that.
