ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.180 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.180 of 2025, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupuvanam, through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised.
