Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks refund of the EMD remitted by her way back in the year 2002. The petitioner has given several representations. One such representation, dated 30.01.2023 is enclosed in the typed set of papers. The respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
