ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to comply the order passed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District in Cr.M.P.No.3393 of 2023, dated 10.04.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, since it is found that there is no truth in the complaint, it was closed on 10.11.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, let a copy of the closure report be served to the petitioner, so that he can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With this observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
