2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent is pending enquiry. Further, there is no harassment made by the respondents No.1 and 2 to vacate the premises and hand over the same to the third respondent herein. There is no such compulsion on the part of the Police officer against the petitioner.

3. Let the above said enquiry be completed by the second respondent herein as ordered earlier in W.P(MD) No.24112 of 2023. The petitioner must appear before the second respondent and co-operate with 2/4

him to complete the process of enquiry. There is no question of harassment at the hands of the Police officiers.

4. Recording such statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and with the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
