2. The petitioner was granted license to run her business in the petition mentioned shop by the respondent corporation. It is stated that the petitioner is in huge arrears. Therefore, electricity service connection was cut off. The shop has been locked even though not sealed. The petitioner's counsel states that formal order passed by the respondent corporation has been challenged in a writ petition. Be that as it may, the petitioner wants some relief from the respondent. She has given a representation in this regard.

3. The respondent is directed to pass an order on the petitioner's representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The issue is left to the discretion of the respondent. The respondent can consider permitting the petitioner to re-open the shop and restoring the electricity connection by putting her on appropriate terms.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
