CRL MP(MD). No.15331 of 2025 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein viz., 1st petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15496 of 2025, dated 17.09.2025 that "the 1st petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only)" is hereby modified to the effect that the "1st petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only)". The other conditions imposed by this Court remains un altered.
