ORDER

The writ petitioner seeks enhancement of compensation. His lands had been acquired. The first respondent has to pass order on the petitioner's application for enhancement.

2.The first respondent is directed to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law in the matter within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
