ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner challenges the permission accorded under Rule 12(2) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959 in favour of the seventh respondent to remove clay sand from the petition mentioned kanmois. It is stated by the authorities that based on the impugned proceedings, clay sand was not removed and that period mentioned in the proceedings had already expired. It is further stated by the authorities that the impugned order will not be given effect to. 3.Recording the stand of the authorities, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
