2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has to approach the District Educational Officer, Tuckalay and make a request in writing for being furnished 2/4

with login credentials. Thereafter, the District Educational Officer, Thuckalay shall contact the concerned treasury office and the concerned treasury officer will provide login credentials. In the presence of the petitioner, the District Educational Officer will arrange the furnishing of the login details. The petitioner is called upon to adhere to the procedure outlined by the learned Additional Government Pleader. The authorities are directed to respond positively. Since the petitioner has been appraised of the procedure to be adopted and since he is agreed to abide by the action, the question of taking punitive action does not arise at all.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
