ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks survey to be conducted in respect of the petition mentioned lands.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey was already conducted four times. Thiru.Shanmugavel, Deputy Surveyor is present in person. He informed the Court that since the petitioner was not satisfied, survey was conducted repeatedly with the aid of DGPS also. Survey report and survey sketch have been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in my presence. If the petitioner is still not satisfied, the only remedy is for him to move the jurisdictional civil Court.
