This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other order or direction in the nature of Writ, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2024 followed by his reminder representation dated 21.07.2025 and to pay monetary benefits i.e., arrears of salary from 12.11.2015 to 10.12.2022.

Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
