The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirappalli and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.197 of 2023. Some of the persons have been deleted. No objection was also made by the defacto complainant. Now the committal process is underway.
