Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners challenge the impugned order dated 06.10.2023 passed under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983.

3.This order is an appealable order. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will file an appeal within a period of three weeks from today. The petitioners may also file an interlocutory application. The said appeal will be numbered by the appellate authority immediately. The petition seeking interim relief will be disposed of 2/4

within a period of three weeks thereafter. The impugned order shall not be given effect to for a period of eight weeks. The rights of the petitioners will abide by the order to be passed by the appellate authority in the interlocutory application to be filed by the petitioners herein. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
