2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the petition enquiry is pending.

3.Considering the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date receipt of a copy of this order.
